UNION PRESIDENT

  • Dr. Maka Moses Ndimukika

Uganda Union Mission is led by Dr. Maka Moses Ndimukika who was elected President of the Union in 2022 September in the East Central Africa Division Session.

Dr. Maka is married to Janat Maka and are blessed with 4 children. He studied in Bugema University at bachelors’ level, in the UK for his Masters’ studies and in Samyook University in South Korea for his Doctorate Studies.

UNION EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

  • Pr. Bitamazire Nicholas

Pr. Bitamazire Nicholas Birigwa is executive Secretary who joined Uganda Union in 2023. Nicholas received his training in Bugema University for bachelors, went to  Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies (AIIAS) Phillipines for his Masters and currently completing his Doctoral Studies from the Adventist University of Africa in Kenya.

Pr. Bitamazire is married with 2 children

UNION EXECUTIVE TREASURER

  • Pr. Kiggundu Frank Lule

Pr. Kiggundu Frank Lule is the Union Executive Treasurer. His studies took him through Makerere University for his bachelors’ studies in Accounting and Finance and holds a Masters Degree in Finance. Pr. Kiggundu joined Uganda Union in 2000. Frank is married with 5 children.

ASSISTANT TREASURER

  • Susan Senabulya

Susan Senabulya holds this portifolio since 2024. She comes with a wealth of experience from Bugema University where she has been a Deputy Vice Chancellor Finance.Her study life has been in Bugema from Primary to University and is pursuing a Certified Public Accountant stature. She is married to Mr. Senabulya with three children.

Lillian Mugerwa Bikongolo

Lillian Mugerwa Bikongolo is the leader of Women Ministries and responsible for all schools. She joined Uganda Union in 2021. Lillian is married to Medson Mugerwa and blessed with 2 children. She is completing a Masters degree in Education studies.

YOUTH/CHILDREN/MUSIC

Esther Waiswa

Esther Waiswa leads the biggest chunk of Adventist members (Youth). Esther joined Uganda Union in 2015 and is married to Waiswa Musa and blessed with 3 children. She holds a Masters in Counselling Psychology with several certifications under her arm!

SABBATH SCHOOL/PERSONAL MINISTRIES

Mumbere Samuel

Mumbere Samuel has led the department since 2021. Samuel is married Julia with 4 children and holds a Masters Degree in Education in education administration and planning from Mbarara University of Science and Technology. He has supervised the 2024 Evangelistic Thrusts and oversees evangelistic activities in the Union.

HEALTH MINISTRIES/STRATEGIC PLANNING

Pr. Kizito Samuel Bamweyana

Pr. Kizito Samuel Bamweyana who is married to Brenda and blessed with 4 children, oversees these two important departments. Pr. Kizito has been with Uganda Union since 1995 making him the longest Departmental at the Union.

MINISTERIAL/FAMILY LIFE

Dr. Kamiza John

Dr. Kamiza John who leads these departments has seen it all. He has been a pastor, District Leader, a Field President in Northern Uganda Mission and former Eastern Uganda Field and now a Union Departmental. He studied at Bugema University for bachelors, holds a Masters degree and completed his Doctoral studies at Adventist University in Africa. He is married with 4 grown children.

CHAPLAINANCY/AMR/POSSIBILITY MINISTRIES

Pr. Sebaggala Ivan

Pr. Sebaggala Ivan is the Director. He is married to Ruth with 3 children. Ivan holds a bachelors Degree in Theology from Bugema University and currently on MDiv at Adventist University in Africa in Kenya. Ivan joined Uganda Union in 2023.

COMMUNICATION/ADVENTIST MISSION/RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Pr. Kaggwa Rogers

Pr. Kaggwa Rogers holds these dockets. Rogers, who is married to Josephine brings a wealth of experience in communications where he has served the church in the department since 1995. He has 5 children and holds a Theology degree from Bugema University and completing a Masters IN Strategic Communication at Uganda Christian University, Mukono.

STEWARDSHIP/CHURCH DEVELOPMENT

Pr. Usaba Josiah

Pr. Usaba Josiah is the Director of Stewardship at the Union. Josiah is married to and blessed with 4 children. He holds a Theology degree from Bugema and a Masters in Project Planning from Uganda Management Institute.

PUBLISHING/SPIRIT OF PROPHECY/VOICE OF PROPHECY

Pr. Mutwanga Ezekiel

Pr. Mutwanga Ezekiel is another leader who has moved form local District leader in Western Uganda to be Bishop of Rwenzori Field  and currently serves as the Director of Publishing, Spirit of Prophecy and Voice of Prophecy Departments   at Uganda Union Mission. Pr. Mutwanga is married to Biira Mary and they are blessed with 4 children. He holds a Masters in Pastoral Theology from Adventist University in Africa.
