Welcome to

Uganda Union Mission of
Seventh-day Adventists

Building Faith, Strengthening Community, Preparing for His Return.

Mission Statement

Our Mission

Make disciples of Jesus Christ who live as His loving witnesses and proclaim to all people the everlasting gospel of the Three Angels’ Messages in preparation for His soon return (Matt 28:18-20, Acts 1:8, Rev 14:6-12).

Our Vision

In harmony with Bible revelation, Seventh-day Adventists see as the climax of God’s plan the restoration of all His creation to full harmony with His perfect will and righteousness.

Our Method

Guided by the Bible and the Holy Spirit, Seventh-day Adventists pursue the mission of making disciples through Christ-like living, healing, serving, proclaiming, teaching, and training.

Our Belief

What We Believe In

We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the ultimate authority for faith and practice, and affirm core Christian doctrines such as the Trinity, salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, and baptism by immersion. Distinctively, we observe the seventh-day Sabbath on Saturday as a biblical day of rest and worship, emphasize the imminent and visible second coming of Christ, and teach that the dead remain unconscious until the resurrection rather than immediately going to heaven or hell.
